Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made from a variety of materials, customers should read and follow the safety information below before using any product.

GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY

All products sold by Niqua's Persona are intended only for their designed purpose.

Do NOT:

• Eat, chew, bite, lick, or swallow any non-food product.

• Place any product in your mouth.

• Insert products into the nose, ears, or any other body opening.

• Use products in a manner they were not designed for.

• Modify, dismantle, burn (unless the product is a candle), or intentionally damage products.

• Allow children or pets to use products without appropriate supervision when applicable.

Products are not toys unless specifically identified as such.

CHILD SAFETY

CANDLES

PRODUCT CARE

Discontinue use if a product becomes:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Niqua's Persona shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, incidental damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized modification, failure to follow care instructions, or use of products in any manner other than their intended purpose.

Customers assume responsibility for the safe handling, storage, supervision, and use of all purchased products.
